Expect delays on I-85 in Gwinnett today and Tuesday
Expect delays on I-85 in Gwinnett County today and Tuesday as construction continues on new express lanes.
The Georgia Department of Transportation says the construction will require pacing of traffic on I-85 southbound from south of the I-985 interchange to Old Peachtree Road from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. both days. The work also will require temporary closures of the southbound Ga. 317 on-ramp during that time.
On Northbound I-85, GDOT will pace traffic between Sugarloaf Parkway and Ga. 317 from 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. today and Tuesday. The work also will require temporary closures of the northbound Old Peachtree on-ramp.
