A trail near I-85 in DeKalb County got a recent face lift with the help of Eagle Scout Spencer Tomlinson.

Tomlinson and other Boy Scouts worked on Fisher Trail Park, making it accessible to people with disabilities, removing graffiti, eradicating invasive plants and collecting trash.

Tomlinson collaborated with DeKalb’s Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs to find the project.

Fisher Trail Park is located at 2240 Fisher Trail near Buford Highway and Clairmont Road.
