Presley was charged with malice murder, two counts of felony murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during commission of felony in the killing of Karen Pearce, 44, who was shot while walking alone to her car in downtown Decatur Dec. 6 after having dinner with friends.

He was charged with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony in the shooting of Calvin Gholston, 53, outside a shopping mall in unincorporated DeKalb on Sept. 27.
