A woman was arrested after she pulled a gun on a pro wrestler during a match in north Georgia, and waved the gun around in a way that endangered others, authorities said.

Patricia Anne Crowe of Lafayette is facing charges of aggravated assault and reckless conduct, according to an incident report from the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to the event in Ringgold about 11 p.m. Saturday, according to the report. Crowe admitted to the lawmen that she pulled the gun on longtime pro wrestler Paul Lee.

“He was talking mean to me,” Crowe said of Lee, “and I got mad. I guess I just let my temper get the better of me and I pulled my pistol on him,” according to the report.

Lee, who wrestles in the American Wrestling Federation under the nickname NatureBoy, told deputies that he had just finished one match and was preparing for another, according to the report. As part of the show, he had tied up another wrestler with tape. Lee said Crowe began cutting the wrestler free, and Lee told her that it was part of the show and that he needed her to stop.

Lee said that’s when Crowe pulled the gun from her purse and pointed it at him, according to the report. Also, Lee said Crowe pointed the gun at his stage manager.

There were more than 100 customers at the event.
