Two men are in custody, and a third is being sought, in connection with Friday night's shooting at a DeKalb County gas station that left one person dead and another injured.

DeKalb police Capt. S.R. Fore said officers responding to the Texaco station in the 3500 block of Flat Shoals Road just before 11 p.m. Friday found Cortez Ingram, 18, and Torin Waters, 19, shot in the parking lot. Both were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, where Ingram later died. Waters’ condition was not known Thursday.

“Information obtained from the scene indicated that the victims were parked at the gas pump when a white vehicle pulled up and shot at them multiple times,” Fore said.

Fore said Thursday that Tlarence Harris, 34, was arrested Monday in East Point and charged with murder and two counts of aggravated assault.

Christopher Hudson, 32, was arrested Tuesday in Tucker, and faces the same charges, according to Fore.

Fore said detectives have also obtained murder and aggravated assault warrants on 33-year-old Martez Johnson, who has not been located.

He said that anyone with information on Johnson’s whereabouts can submit tips anonymously to Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-TIPS and possibly be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
