Six teenagers are banned from a Clayton County mall after a 3-minute brawl was caught on video, Channel 2 Action News reported.
A witness told the news station the kids were out of control while creating mayhem near Southlake Mall’s food court Wednesday night.
Morrow Police Chief Jimmy Callaway said his agency, Clayton County sheriff's deputies and police all responded to the brawl.
Callaway is considering charging the parents, he told Channel 2.
“We're not going to allow you to simply drop your child off at the mall and allow your child to be at the mall by themselves unattended and get in this kind of fight and participate in this kind of behavior,” Callaway said.
All six teens were cited and released to their parents, Channel 2 reported.
“They're still going to be charged appropriately,” Callaway said.
The teenagers are now banned from Southlake Mall for life.
