Police arrested a man they believe fired several rounds at a father of five who was found dead in his car outside an Atlanta food mart in June.

Torry Wyche faces murder and simple battery charges after Atlanta police said he shot and killed Troy Lambert on June 28 outside the Discount Food mart in the 3200 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.

A second victim, Carey Grant, was shot in the leg and attempted to drive from the scene, but crashed less than a mile from the food mart, police said. Grant was taken to the Grady Memorial Hospital and released.

Police have not said what led to the shooting.
