A North Fulton man busted twice on Peeping Tom charges is in jail again — on peeping Tom charges, according to an Alpharetta Police report.
Kareem Habbal was arrested a third time Monday after he was caught peering through an apartment window on Collingwood Lane in Alpharetta, police said.
Just after midnight Monday, a woman told police she saw a man staring at her through her bedroom window. Police said Habbal tried to flee the complex but was stopped.
When asked what he was doing, Habbal replied that he was looking at apartments for his dad, according to the police report.
Habbal previously was arrested in 2013 when he was caught at a Kohl's store on the ground on all fours, spying on a teen-aged girl trying on clothes.
In 2014, he was arrested at Perimeter Mall, once again, for spying on women in dressing rooms.
