The girl got in the front seat of Pena-Melo’s car when he started to make sexual advances toward her, police said. He then drove past the girl’s requested destination, parked in a wooded area and allegedly raped her, according to WPLG.

Once the sexual act took place police said Pena-Melo drove her back to her requested address.

The incident was reported on Wednesday and police arrested Pena-Melo the next day. He remains in the Osceola County Jail on no bond.
