A Michigan woman was charged with child abuse after a less than magical fireworks show at Disney World. Tabbatha Kaye Mature, 41, was booked Wednesday for allegedly choking a teenager who was blocking her view during the show.

The unidentified girl and her high school classmates were getting ready to watch the fireworks go off at the Magic Kingdom and stood up as the show began. Mature and her family were behind the group and reportedly asked them to sit down. Even though the students decided to leave, Mature “became aggressive.”
“You can take our spot,” the girl said as she and her friends were leaving.
Rather than gladly accepting the offer, Mature had quite a different reaction.
“She wrapped both hands around my neck and began squeezing,” the teenager told police, adding that when she started screaming, Mature let go and said, “You don’t want to mess with me.”
The victim suffered no visible injuries, and Mature was released from the Orange County Jail after posting a $2,000 bail.
