He entered a Little Caesar’s restaurant Tuesday afternoon, showed off his gun and demanded money, according to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

He got away with cash, Lt. Jay Baker said. But investigators hope the surveillance images left behind will help identify the man, believed to be a suspect in similar robberies in the area.

The man went into the Little Caesar’s on Ga. 92 near Acworth around 3:30 p.m., Baker said. No one was injured.

Other businesses in the Bells Ferry Road area have had similar robberies in both Cobb and Cherokee counties, Baker said.

Authorities released Tuesday surveillance photos of the suspect. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
