Cobb County police are looking for teens suspected of breaking into lockers and stealing from military members and their families Saturday during Military Appreciation Day at Six Flags Over Georgia.

During the promotion allowing military families free entry into the park, thieves stole car keys, phones and other items from lockers the families used, police told Channel 2 Action News.

Six Flags visitor Trini Pacleb, whose husband is in the Georgia Army National Guard, traveled from Brunswick with her family.

“I just kind of stood there in shock,” she told Channel 2. “We were just stripped of everything, of all identity.”

It’s unclear if the thieves knew they were stealing from military families.

A Six Flags official said the company is working closely with police to help find the stolen items.
