A Cobb County teenager was indicted Thursday on four charges after allegedly sneaking a loaded gun and bags of drugs into his high school in December.
Holton Naylor was 17 years old when he and 18-year-old Tybias Davis were arrested after being accused of taking the gun and drugs to Pebblebrook High School, AJC.com previously reported.

Naylor has been indicted on charges of violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, carrying weapons within certain school areas and possession of a handgun by a person under the age of 18, according to the indictment.
As of Friday, Davis had not been indicted on any charges.
Authorities previously said the two hid the guns and drugs in a backpack. Naylor left the bag outside of a classroom, and Davis allegedly took it to a bathroom and returned with it, prompting someone to report the activity to an administrator.
Naylor allegedly tried to hide the loaded gun in his pants when confronted by officers. Police then found a jar “that contained nine individually packaged baggies of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana,” according to a warrant.
As of Friday evening, neither teen is in the Cobb County jail, according to records. It’s unclear when they bonded out.
