DeKalb County police are investigating a shooting Friday afternoon.

A man is in critical condition after a Friday afternoon shooting in DeKalb County, authorities said.

The victim was taken to a hospital, police said. No suspects have been identified, and no other information has been released.

The location is also within a half-mile of James R. Hallford Stadium and Georgia State University’s Clarkston campus.

Last month, there was a shooting at a nearby location, which led to an arrest, AJC.com previously reported. The shooting was prompted by an argument between neighbors.
