Authorities are seeking a Macon man who took his four children from their home without permission, according to a media report.
David Howard, 34, is wanted on four counts of kidnapping, the Telegraph of Macon reported.
The missing children are boys age 8 and 4, and 6-year-old twin girls, the paper reported.
The children’s mother contacted authorities Tuesday after Howard did not return the kids, according to the report. Howard does not have custody or rights to visit.
