Alpharetta police release name of shooting victim
Police have identified the victim in a shooting at a townhome community off Academy Street in Alpharetta.
Kadarius Cortez Medlock, 21, was shot around 9:50 a.m. Thursday in the 110 block of Wade Creek Road, Alpharetta police spokesman George Gordon said.
A call came in about 9:50 a.m. Thursday about a possible shot fired in the 110 block of Wade Creek Road. That’s the address of The Preserve at Academy.
No other details were released.
