First, witnesses said they saw a man peeling the sealant off a Cobb County Transit bus stop window Friday.

Next, the man allegedly threw a trash can in the road and picked a fight with a bystander.

Carl Steven Clark of Marietta is then accused of punching a man in the face with a closed fist, but he wasn’t done fighting.

According to a Cobb County arrest warrant, Clark struggled with officers trying to arrest him. He thrashed, kicked and even tried to roll away, officers wrote in the warrant.

Clark then made threats, including blowing up SunTrust Park, and he “vowed to burn Cobb County down,” the warrant states.

He faces charges of assault, criminal trespass, battery, obstructing law enforcement and making terroristic threats.

Friday wasn’t the first time that Clark was accused of making such threats, according to media reports.

In 2013, he was arrested on similar charges when Clark allegedly kicked the window out of a Cobb County Transit bus window.

After he was arrested, Clark allegedly threatened to "blow ... off" the heads of the officers in the intake area of the Cobb County Adult Detention Center.
