Charges have been upgraded from manslaughter to murder for a man who fatally shot another in a Riverdale convenience store in November, according to the Clayton News Daily.

The Clayton County grand jury indicted Taylor Shawn Boyer, 24, earlier this month on felony and malice murder, aggravated assault and weapons charges.

Boyer was originally charged with charged with voluntary manslaughter and weapons charges after he shot Ryan Delong Hill, 21, when their fight escalated Nov. 14 at the Shell station in the 1200 block of Ga. 138.
