Brookhaven police released a photo Thursday night of a man they need to speak to about a rape investigation.
A woman told police that she was walking along Buford Highway near North Cliff Valley Way between 9 and 10 p.m. Friday when someone grabbed her by her arm and pulled her into a wooded area. The woman was struck in the face and forcibly raped, authorities said.
The assault ended when two men approached the scene, she told police. The men were gone when police arrived and have not come forward to speak with authorities.
Police said the man they want to interview is known to frequent the area of Buford Highway and North Cliff Valley Way.
A sketch of the rape suspect was released Tuesday.
