If you’re heading south for Saturday’s Georgia-Florida showdown, you may want to pack your favorite Bulldog fleece or sweatshirt.

Wednesday’s forecast for Jacksonville includes high temperatures in the middle 80s, according to the National Weather Service. But by Saturday, highs will be around 20 degrees cooler.

By the 3:30 p.m. kickoff, the temperature should be around 64 degrees, the Weather Service said. But later Saturday evening, temperatures will cool to the middle 40s before reaching the upper 60s Sunday.

Rain is not in the weekend forecast, except for Georgia fans hoping to “rain” on any Gator parades.
