Acworth police are investigating after two people were found dead inside a home late Tuesday afternoon.
A heavy police presence was seen in the area of Cowan Road near South Main Street.
Officials told Channel 2 Action News that it appeared the man and woman overdosed and had been there for several days.
No cause of death had been determined for the two, Officer Youlanda D. Leverette said.
