The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission recalled incline infant sleepers from four companies on Jan. 29 due to a risk of suffocation. Impacted models include Summer Infant SwaddleMe, Graco Little Lounger Rocking Seat, Evenflo Pillo Portable Napper and multiple sleeper models from Delta Enterprises Corp.

"Infant fatalities have been reported with other manufacturers' inclined sleep products, after the infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side, or under other circumstances." — U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission

A similar Fisher-Price incline sleeper model was recalled in 2019 after more than 30 infant deaths, according to CNN. Infants would roll over in their sleep unrestrained, which led to suffocation.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission recommends to immediately stop using the affected products and contact the companies for a refund.
