The Roswell City Council recently approved an agreement between the city and Fulton County for the utility work needed for the Old Roswell Road at Warsaw Road Intersection Improvement Project.

As part of the utility coordination, Fulton has identified water facilities that must be adjusted or relocated. Like past projects, Fulton has requested the work be included in the city’s construction contract.

The agreement states that Fulton County will reimburse Roswell for the water utility work associated with the project estimated to total $44,800, including a $10,000 construction contingency.

The Old Roswell Road at Warsaw Road Intersection Improvement Project is expected to improve traffic flow through new turn lanes and signal modifications. The project also includes enhancing the swale in front of Mimosa Elementary School for water quality code compliance.
