After being closed for a year and a half since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Stockbridge city government offices are being reopened to the public as of Nov. 15.
According to a statement released by city officials, the reopening includes all public facilities including the city’s Municipal Court building. Masks will be required for entry at these facilities and citizens must enter City Hall from the ground floor near the back parking lot.
Employees have been handling city business remotely and by using some drive-thru options at City Hall during the pandemic. All City Council meetings have been virtual since the shutdown began in early 2020. Information: cityofstockbridge.com.
