The Peachtree Corners City Council are considering a proposal to allow a new mixed-use development at 20 and 22 Technology Parkway South.

The proposed project would include 382 residential units, 8,291 square feet of office space, and a 560 square foot coffee shop on 10.7 acres.

There are two buildings currently on the site, one would be demolished, the other will remain. The building at 20 Technology Parkway South would be reconfigured for a coffee shop, office space and apartments on the upper two floors. The third level would become parking for a total of three floors of parking, adding 89 spaces to the 246 existing garage spaces.

The Peachtree Corners City Council will hear a second reading and hold a public hearing on the proposed project at 7 p.m. Oct. 26 at city hall, 310 Technology Parkway.
