Duluth accepts $35K donation from Greystar

The Duluth City Council recently accepted a $35,000 donation presented to the Duluth Public Arts Commission from Greystar for the Everleigh project. The donation will be credited to the Performing Art and Acquisition Fund.

Everleigh Duluth is a 55+ active adult apartment home community under construction at 3215 Hill St. in downtown Duluth.

Duluth encourages every new development in the city to contribute to the Duluth Public Art Fund, include art in each new development, and provide public art to city-owned property. Developers are encouraged to contribute 1% of the total project cost.
