Jean Pell of Bartow County shared a photo she shot last January. "I opened my curtain to watch birds and discovered a Barred Owl in my birdbath. They are common in our parts but this was an uncommon sighting. He/She was calm and allowed me to take several photos. Made my day!" she wrote.
