When a hot new or legendary artist drops a new album, you can bet that Atlanta is a prime consideration for their festival or tour stop.
This week's Best of Atlanta poll found out what music festivals are at the top of your annual bucket list.
With 2017 acts like Above & Beyond, Deadmau5 and Tiesto, it's no surprise that Imagine Music Festival hits the number one spot with its broad base of fans. Go ahead and mark your calendar for September 22 - 24 for more musical fun than you can imagine.
Second place is home of the sister music fests Shaky Knees and Shaky Beats, both bringing their A-game to their lineups each year. Still relatively new to the Atlanta music festival scene, the 'Shaky' brand of fun is unmatched and not to be missed.
If you've lived in Atlanta for any amount of time, then you are familiar with the classic Music Midtown festival located in Piedmont Park annually. Known for its epic lineups, you're sure to make a few new friends or run into some familiar ones at this festival.
Can't get enough music festival variety? You're in luck as Atlanta has some of the best of the best: Sweetwater 420 Fest, Atlanta Jazz Festival, Candler Park Music and Food Festival, Tunes from the Tombs and A3C Music Festival.
Though Atlanta Jazz Festival has come and gone, Atlanta has plenty more to offer in the form of music extravaganzas. Have you seen this year's A3C lineup? It's pretty killer.
As the temperature rises, our thirst for all things festivals will increase, so check out what's cooking for summer music, arts and food festivals.
