Any canine pet owner already knows this by now but, thanks to Whistle, there’s proof that regardless of location, the average dog park is full of characters.

And in recognition of National Dog Day, the maker of the leading pet activity and GPS tracker recently released what a recent survey shows are the most common dog personalities.

And they are:

• The Elite Athlete: This dog is there to go hard or go home and in that order. They keep their eyes on the ball at all times and their owner has mastered the fetch tools and tactics to wear this guy out, but he’s not leaving until he wraps up this workout. Sorry, bruh.

• The Greeter: Standing right at the entrance of the park, this pooch gets right in the grill of every new arrival. Up close and personal doesn’t quite do it justice. Like the dog park’s own personal hype girl, this pup makes sure everyone enters the park with a pep in their step.

• The Hoarder: No matter the breed, this dog never met a tennis ball that wasn’t his tennis ball. Even there is one already in his mouth, he’s ready to scoop up the next toy he sees. No room, no problem, they’ll just gather the toys a safe place over here but just DON’T TOUCH.

• The Imposter: This pooch is fairly certain they’re human and prefers to hang with you people than those dogs, thank you very much. As long as a human is in the mix, they’re ready to play, If you turn to have a conversation, however, he’ll just hang by your feet.

• The Social Butterfly: This one is quite, ahem, generous with his/her attention. They tend to enthusiastically pick a new BFF for the day or bop dog to dog, causing other owners to ask “is Fido neutered yet?”

Which pooch is your?
