If you’re looking for a different way to get active as you self-isolate, a Snellville karate studio is hosting a livestream workout Monday evening.

Charles Minter Taekwondo Karate will stream a class live on Facebook at 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 20, with master Charles Minter instructing.

"Excited for Monday's Live Workout!" a post on the martial arts school's Facebook page read over the weekend.

Guests can reserve their spot for the course by requesting up to three spots in the family-friendly workout class.

Minter, who opened a new location of the studio in Snellville, is an eighth dan black belt with more than 45 years of teaching experience. He also serves as head instructor of the Snellville studio.

"Master Charles Minter began his martial arts training in 1971. Mr. Minter has taught thousands of men, women, and children over the years and continues to inspire and influence his students in a positive way," reads a description on the website. "Having competed in many tournaments during his 45 years in the martial arts, Mr. Minter has acquired a lot of knowledge that enables him to better teach students who wish to compete as well."
