Saxophonist and DeKalb County native Ryan Kilgore will take center stage at the 5Arts Fest in Little Five Points Saturday.
Kilgore, who recently released a solo project, has also toured with artist Stevie Wonder. Kilgore, who takes the stage at 5 p.m., will perform several songs from his new solo project Just Walk. The main stage will be located at the corner of Euclid and Moreland avenues.
The festival runs from 10 a.m. today until 10 p.m.
The 5 Arts Fest is an entire day celebrating art, the artist, vision and creativity. The festival features interactive activities for the entire family.
Attendees will enjoy live music, street performers, vendors, dance battles, body painting, STEM exhibits, live puppetry, community mural painting and much more. Sponsored by the 5 Arts Foundation, the day is an immersive experience in which each patron is also a participant and a contributor to the fest.
The Ryan Kilgore Foundation is sponsoring the main music stage, dubbed the “5 Spot”.
The After 5 jam session begins at 10pm at Ten ATL Bar and Lounge.
