This week's menu of free workouts includes several options from week's past, ranging from CycleBar's big giveaway and King of Pops' staple yoga in the park.

But we're highlighting five other options if you're looking for free ways to change up your routine.

Yoga at Woodruff Park
6 p.m., May 25. Woodruff Park.

Woodruff Park gets a little more mindful on Wednesdays thanks to weekly free yoga instruction, led by Leslie from Cabbagetown's Yoga with Friends and presented by Central Atlanta Progress. Bring a mat and a towel to breathe and stretch your way to a fit body and mind just one hour at a time.

Yoga on the Green
6:30 p.m., May 25. 3020 Old Atlanta Road.

OTP yogis can get their zen on for free at Breathe Yoga in Cumming, where the studio will put on an outdoor class for all levels to kick off the summer. Juice Bar, Lululemon and KIND snacks will be there, too, so attendees will have a chance to score sweet prizes after that last savasana. Check out all the details on the event's Facebook page.

Pulse Party at The Bar Method
8:30 a.m., May 28. 2770 Lenox Road NE #A7.

It hasn't been long since The Bar Method, a national barre workout studio, opened its Buckhead location on Lenox Rad, but devotees of the workout had been clamoring for the expansion since shortly after the chain opened its doors in East Cobb in 2013. Nearby Lululemon has named it the "studio of the month" for May, offering free classes to Lululemon Lenox customers every Saturday in May.

Zumba Class
9 a.m., May 28. 265 18th St. NW.

Combine low-intensity and high-intensity moves for a workout that will have you dancing at Athleta's in-store Zumba class on Saturday. The session will be led by Powerlady Fitness and YMCA trainer Jessica Wuerffel and is suited for all levels. Get the latest details on all of Athleta's free class offerings on the location's store page.

Cardio Blast
10 a.m., May 28. 551 10th St. NW.

Members rave about the personalized meal plans and results from this midtown exercise studio, which offers various classes during the week for its patrons and boasts several personal trainers. In an effort to give curious cardio-seekers a taste of the routine, Body Design offers a weekly free class every Saturday morning that will make your weekend feel like an accomplishment.
