Atlanta is known as a foodie city, with a half-dozen or more websites and publications ranking it among the top in the South.
Southern Living ranked the city No. 5 among best food cities in the South, while personal finance website WalletHub put the metro area at No. 11 in the United States.
But we don’t just bring good food here. We also start food chains here.
Pretty much everyone knows Chick-fil-A and Waffle House began here, but there at least eight others who call metro Atlanta home.
