Q: I'm looking for the round insert that fits inside a vase and it holds up roses and other long-stemmed fresh flowers. It keeps them standing. — Ruby Crews, via phone
A: Ruby, you're trying to find a frog — a floral frog, that is. These disks are designed with small pins that hold flowers upright. You can find floral pin frogs in 1- and 2-inch sizes for $3.99 each at Michaels Arts & Crafts, 4000 Lavista Road, Tucker, 678-280-1012.

Q: I have been looking for the Cucina hand soap since the three places I used to find it no longer stock it. Would you please help me find Fruits and Passions Coriander and Olive Tree liquid hand soap? I go to Sandy Springs, the Lenox area, Roswell and Alpharetta. Thanks so much. — Stella Marie Russell, Johns Creek
A: Stella, I happen to use this product and know exactly where you can find it. Check out Sur La Table upstairs at Perimeter Mall in Dunwoody, and you'll be able to pick up several versions of Cucina Fruits and Passion Coriander and Olive Tree purifying hand wash. The 33.8-ounce refills sell for $30 and the 16.9-ounce glass pump for $22. The store also stocks the dishwashing soap and hand repair cream.

Q: Recently while visiting a friend in Charlotte, N.C., she fixed a tuna salad using salad pickles from a company called Heifetz. The flavor of the pickles was distinctive and delicious! I believe they were sweet pickles, but the taste was more spicy and robust than sweet. I would love to find a local source for these pickles. Thanks. — Kathryn Teague, Lawrenceville
A: Kathryn, I found two versions of Heifetz pickles, and I hope one of them is the one you're seeking. You can purchase 32-ounce jars of dill pickle slices for $1.80 and 16-ounce jars of the sweet pickle relish for $1 at Big Lots, 250 Grayson Highway, Lawrenceville, 770-995-8914.

Q: I am from western New York and used to love eating Sahlen's Hot Dogs. I have been unable to find them locally. Is there any place where we can buy them or is it necessary to only buy them online? — Hope Robinson, Jefferson
A: Hope, you don't have to buy the official hot dogs of the Buffalo Bills online, you can get them from two locations near Atlanta. Barkers Red Hots has been serving up charcoal-grilled Sahlen's hot dogs since 1984, and while you can get your dogs and eat them at the restaurant, you also can bring them home and cook them yourself. Barkers sells them for $4.99 per pound. Barkers just opened its second location at 725 Crossville Road, Roswell, and there's the main restaurant at 3000 Windy Hill Road, Marietta, 770-272-0407.
