With locations in Inman Park, Midtown and Avalon, exhale has been making believers out of fitness geeks all over Atlanta with its array of "Core Fusion" barre, yoga and boot camp classes. On Wednesdays, Alpharetta shoppers can get a glimpse of the action with Avalon's AvalOM, when exhale takes turns with other fitness boutiques like Flywheel to put on a free class in the plaza. This week's presentation is Core Fusion Yoga, a blend of core work and traditional yoga flow that is sure to make you sweat.

Feel free to bring light weights if you want to further intensify your workout, and don't worry about sneakers—this workout is completed in bare feet.
