Westside Yoga on the Green at Park Tavern

Back for another round of vinyasa at dusk, Westside Yoga provides one community yoga class each month as studio founder Amber Barry leads the practice and Park Tavern provides the post-ohm brews. Each attendee need only bring a water bottle, yoga mat and towel and will receive a free house beer after the class, which takes place rain or shine. Shack Track & Field

Shake Shack may not seem like the healthiest place to meet up after work, but starting on Tuesday the burger joint will host a monthly run in conjunction with Highland Runners. The distance will range between three and four miles, and participants who wear a 'Shack Track & Field' running tee (available for purchase online) to the event will receive a free frozen custard for their efforts—as if ending your nightly run at Shake Shack isn't a delectable enough reward. Exhale Barre-less Bare // AvalOM Be Well Wednesdays

Exhale is known nationwide for its tough take on barre classes, leaving attendees with a sweat and hurt-so-good feeling that leaves little doubt you're getting in a good workout. On Wednesday, Exhale's Holly Jones will present a barre class (minus, y'know, the actual barre) on the plaza at Avalon as this week's installment of the center's Be Well Wednesday series. Join Athleta Atlantic Station as they host NASM-certified personal trainer Lauren Jensen for a one-hour strength training exercise in the store. The routine is designed to build lean muscle and amp up your metabolism, and the workout is suitable for all levels. Bring a yoga mat if you've got one, but don't be intimidated if you're hitting the mat for the first time—Athleta will have some mats on-hand, too.

Pure Barre Decatur Anniversary Party

Atlanta barre fanatics may have been tucking for years, but the Pure Barre location in Downtown Decatur is celebrating its first anniversary this weekend with a free class and a block party to boot. Join the studio for a free community class in the Decatur Square (sign up online here) and then skip over to the studio (located at 415 Church St) for a celebration that will include giveaways and treats from Bamboo Juices, Big Peach Running Co., Harken Health and more.
