A baby giraffe made his public debut at the Brevard Zoo this week.
The unnamed male giraffe was born March 7 to mother Milenna.

The calf measured 6 feet 4 inches at birth, making him the tallest newborn in the zoo’s history.
Zoo officials said the giraffe belongs to the Masai subspecies, which is native to Tanzania and southern Kenya.
