The team behind 10 Degrees South and Yebo brings you Cape Dutch, which opens for drinks and dinner service Friday. Locted in the former Woodfire Grill space, the restaurant has a South African-influenced menu that includes grilled prime steaks and fresh seafood dishes, plus an extensive global wine list and cocktail program designed by beverage consultant Lara Creasy. Satisfy your carnivore cravings with Chef Mike LaSage of Bone Lick BBQ's five course "smoke and fire" tasting dinner. Chef LaSage is not just a talent in the kitchen -- he'll be performing an acoustic set for guests post-dinner.

Get all three at Cork n' Pork, a collaboration between Chef Jordan Wakefield of Smoke Ring and Chef Cidney Wilcox of Vino Venue.
