What to know if you're going to the AJC Decatur Book Festival

Good news: The 2015 AJC Decatur Book Festival is Sept. 4-6 and will include appearances from Erica Jong, Roxane Gay, Elizabeth Alexander and Catherine Seltzer, among many, many more.

Better news: Getting to the three-day festival is easy. The city's square, at the center of all the action, is located off of MARTA's east-west (blue) line.

Or if you're biking, the festival is offering free parking, courtesy of Atlanta Bicycle Coalition, and free bike valet, courtesy of Bicycle South and the Decatur Downtown Development Authority.

Or if you're driving, there are plenty of metered, paid and parking deck options. The city maintains more information about all of that, including specific rates, here.

By foot, by bike or by car, you'll want to keep a map handy to get to all the events, which are spread out around downtown Decatur. Here you go.
