Downtown Decatur will be transformed into a "beach" with 80 tons of sand for a party on Friday

Downtown Decatur will be turned into a beach with 80 tons of sand, and the fun will include a DJ, live music, kids' activities, a rock-climbing wall, dunk tank and more.
