Wing and Rock Fest
Love the thought of eating wings while listening to live music? The city of Woodstock will make it easy to do so with the 10th annual Wing and Rock Fest. Atlanta area restaurants will be on hand, offering their most flavorful wings for $1 a pop. Other food items also will be available, but if wings are truly your passion, you can show just how much by signing up for the wing-eating contest. The fest is family-friendly, with a large section of kids activities. Tribute bands will be playing the music of some of the greats, including the Beatles, Bon Jovi, AC/DC and the Allman Brothers.

SMYRNA
Wine Stroll
Take a leisurely walk around Smyrna while you sip during the 10th annual Wine Stroll held by the Wine Cellars shop. Attendees can savor beverages while checking out the city’s shopping district. Businesses will offer patrons a variety of wine selections, paired with small bites. Live music also is on tap for the evening. Proceeds will benefit the Dream Makers Youth Foundation, an organization that provides educational, recreational and therapeutic services to special-needs children in the Atlanta area.

Cars & ’Q for the Cause
Choate Construction will hold its fifth annual afternoon of cool cars, mellow music and delectable dishes, all in the name of a good cause. More than 70 exceptional cars and motorcycles will be on-site for visitors to ooh and awe over while filling up on barbecue, beer and wine. Live music and a raffle also will be part of the fun. Tickets are $20 on the day of the event, plus the cost of dinner. Adult beverages will be available for an additional $20. All proceeds will go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
