Looking for a fun way to kick off the beginning of the work week?

From meeting a celebrity to enjoying a new exhibit at the High Museum of Art, there are plenty of options for things to do in Atlanta today (April 4).

Here are four of our top picks:

1. FEATURED

Enjoy live music from local artists such as The Black Lips and Young Dro at Terminal West’s “404 Day” show. From garage rock to hip-hop, this show will cater to a variety of music lovers for just $22.

The show begins at 9 p.m.

2. FREE

Head to the Radio Shack in Highland Station in Smyrna to meet Nick Cannon and other members from MTV 2’s “Wild ‘n Out.” The cast will be there from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.

Cannon recently released a pair of headphones exclusively with the retailer.

The store is located at 4480 South Cobb Dr., Suite 0, Smyrna, Ga 30080.

3. FOOD

Head to Morningside Kitchen for dinner. The team behind Murphy's in Virginia-Highland and Paces and Vine in Vinings opened the new restaurant last week.

View the menu, which includes a daily house ground cheeseburger ($12) and sautéed Georgia trout ($17) here.

Dinner is served at 5 p.m. on weekdays.

4. FAMILY-FRIENDLY

Visit the High Museum of Art to see more than 80 collages from 16 books by Eric Carle, the author of children’s books such as “The Very Hungry Caterpillar.” Participate in a scavenger hunt or just take in the colorful images that spans more than five decades throughout this exhibit.
