EVENT PREVIEW

SCAD's aTVFest. Feb. 6-8. $200 for three-day pass, $25 for day passes. Savannah College of Art and Design, 1600 Peachtree St. N.E., Atlanta. Buy tickets at www.atvfest.com.

The Savannah College of Art and Design’s second annual aTVfest, a three-day celebration of all things television, will feature Atlanta rap and TV star Cee Lo Green, “The Walking Dead” fan favorite Norman Reedus and cast and crew from the hot new Netflix show “Orange Is the New Black.”

The festival will be held at SCAD in Atlanta from Feb. 6 to 8.

There will be screenings of shows such as TNT’s “Dallas,” the CW’s “The Vampire Diaries” and Sundance’s upcoming drama “The Red Road.” Each screening will be followed by a Q&A with cast and crew, though who will actually be there has not been finalized in every case.

Panels will feature representatives from networks such as ABC, Discovery, HGTV, Nickelodeon, TBS, TNT, UP! and the Weather Channel. Topics include virtual reality, co-production deals, Web series, reality TV, acting, casting and the pitching and development process.

The festival — while targeting students interested in getting into the television business — is open to the public. Day passes are $25. A three-day festival pass, which includes reserved seating for evening events, is $200.
