Before the 2016 Grammy Awards even began, Taylor Swift was one of the most talked about names of the evening, thanks to two early Grammy wins and a new haircut.

When Swift walked the red carpet with friend Selena Gomez, she debuted a new short bob haircut that caught her fans off guard.

Fans of Swift immediately took to Twitter to express their frustration or love for the new cut, with many fans expressing shock at her new look.

"Taylor swift looks so stupid I wonder if she knows," one fan wrote.
