The high-class, beachfront resort The Breakers in Palm Beach has become a fortress to keep out curious passers-by and prying eyes. A swift "what're you doing?" followed by a "you'll need to leave now" is the greeting in front of the gate as guards attempt to lower the attention to one of the biggest celebrity weddings of the year between "Modern Family" star Sofia Vergara and her soon-to-be husband, "Magic Mike" and "True Blood" leading man, Joe Manganiello.

Vergara and Manganiello have arrived, documenting their stay in Palm Beach with an Instagram post from the resort alongside a plethora of flowers and florist Jeff Leatham. A rehearsal dinner is planned for Saturday evening, but all of that excitement takes place behind the hedges of The Breakers and stout security detail all around. Vergara's son, Manolo, is also posting to Instagram using the hashtag #Jofía.
While businesses on the Island openly say that no celebrity has stopped by for a cocktail or enjoyed a meal on Friday night or Saturday morning, there is anticipation at hot spots around Palm Beach.
An employee at Café Via Flora on Worth Avenue said her co-worker was on his bike going around the Island looking for a glimpse of one of the anticipated guests, including Jennifer Lopez, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Ellen DeGeneres.
With the ceremony pegged to start at 6 p.m. on Sunday, the hope is that guests will begin making their way to the Island and possibly duck into in one of its locations.
A hostess at Pizza Al Fresco said that while there hadn’t been a celebrity sighting yet, there was hope that the event would bring some Hollywood stars to the small restaurant on Worth Avenue.
