Six Flags Over Georgia reveals another clue for new ride in 2017

The new ride will replace the Dodge City Bumper Cars, which have been around since 1973 and provided more than 5 million rides since its opening.

The identity of the new ride, which is coming for the park’s 50th anniversary, will be announced Thursday morning.

Last month, Six Flags spokesman Gene Petriello would only say is that the site occupies a large space. And few clues have been released in recent weeks.

“I will say one thing,” Six Flags spokesman Gene Petriello told the AJC in an interview last month. “We always say that it’s in the DNA of Six Flags to provide innovative attractions. The ride that is coming next year defines innovation at its finest. I think it’s going to be very well received.”
