One of the girls on the hit television show "Dance Moms" is suing Abby Lee Miller, according to a TMZ report.

TMZ obtained a copy of Paige Hyland's lawsuit, which claims Miller terrorized her to a level which she now suffers panic attacks and extreme anxiety.

According to the article on TMZ.com, 13-year-old Paige claims Miller was cruel to the dancers, sometimes pinching them until they bled. In the lawsuit, TMZ reports Paige says she feared being physically battered.

Paige claims Miller tried to make the girls cry and be emotionally weak all for the drama, according to the TMZ article.

"I'm not looking to make a lot of money off this. I think what Miller has done to the kids is intolerable and has got to stop. It's the most repugnant case I've been involved in after 49 years of practice," Paige's lawyer, Michael Shapiro, told TMZ.

Paige’s mother, Kelly Hyland, has a history with Miller. They’ve both accused each other of physically attacks in the past. In addition, Kelly Hyland has sued Miller for emotionally abusing Paige.
