Foreman, 40, was released from jail after paying $330 bail, police said.

Foreman's representative told Billboard that "this was a completely involuntary reflex reaction to people infringing on his stage space. It was uncharacteristic behavior that was initiated by outside uncontrolled forces."

Facebook user Joshua McLelland also shared a video (WARNING: GRAPHIC) that appears to show Foreman punching the fan.
