The Disney Store is coming under fire over a new costume inspired by the mouse house's upcoming movie "Moana."
The store has introduced a costume for kids that will allow children to dress up as the character Maui.
The problem, as many see it, is that the costume sports Polynesian tribal tattoos on cloth that is representative of brown skin, The Washington Post reported.
Many on social media say the costume is offensive.
Neither Disney, nor Dwayne Johnson, who portrays the character of Maui in "Moana," have responded, the Post reported.
