Hugh Jackman will once again host the Tony Awards ceremony, which will be held June 8 at Radio City Music Hall, the producers of the event announced. A top Broadway box-office draw in the shows "Hugh Jackman: Back on Broadway," "A Steady Rain" and "The Boy From Oz," Jackman will follow Neil Patrick Harris, who hosted the awards for the past three seasons. Harris may be a Tony nominee himself this year in his role as the lead character in the coming Broadway production of "Hedwig and the Angry Inch."
Jackman has hosted the Tonys three times before, from 2003 to 2005, winning an Emmy Award for doing so in 2005. In January it was announced that he will return to Broadway next season to star in Jez Butterworth’s play “The River.” In December he dropped out of “Houdini,” a new musical in development that had been aiming for Broadway.
The cutoff date for Tonys eligibility is April 24. The nominations will be announced April 29.

Tim Russert isn't around to celebrate the 10th anniversary of "Big Russ & Me," his best-seller about his dad. But Russert's son, Luke, is stepping in.
Weinstein Books announced Wednesday that an anniversary edition of “Big Russ” is scheduled for a May release and features a new preface by Luke Russert. A sentimental favorite, the book tells of Tim Russert’s childhood in a working-class neighborhood in Buffalo, N.Y., and the life lessons he received from his father. In May, “Big Russ” also will come out as an e-book for the first time.
Tim Russert, the longtime political analyst and host of NBC’s “Meet the Press,” died in 2008 at age 58. Luke Russert is a correspondent for NBC News.
